The fear of a heart attack is so high on the list of death, or it's near survival, that anything to blame in co-relation, is accepted as satan himself.
Only when the fear is taken away, will there be a chance for anything sensible to enter.
The culprit on stand, ready for execution is cholesterol.
Having been first noticed in the gall bladder as a solid substance along with the bile, it was named so. ( chole.., bile, ester...solid, ol... Suffix for alcohol)
At sites of inflammation, the oily balm like substance is sent to soothe the site.
It's presence in the heart vessels, bringing on the occlution, is reason enough for its blame.
It being a part of every cell, all hormones, enzymes, and a factor for every natural process in the body, is an invisibility.
In a highway if there is an accident, bringing on a traffic jam, and a stand still, what is found at site?
Ambulance, paramedical, doctors to help the wounded, and police to ease the flow.
Are these the cause of the traffic jam?
It may seem to be, but the real reason lies, in the state of the highway, the speed of the vehicles, the sideways, and more.
If we are going to blame the doctors and paramedics, and their team, we will see that they fail to respond in future, at all injury sites.
May we work hard( study and experiment) and take precautions to keep our internal and external selves healthy, and safe.
But first keep the fear away, and keep studying, ask questions, and make small intelligent changes, experimenting with food and life style modifications.
