To be feared or to be loved

 It was a conference of the Gods, under the shade of the Gulmohor tree, in the middle of the forest, near a brook.

The topic was to win disciples, the criterias were no bribing with offers, super natural powers, and gifts, just the presence was all that was available.

All the Gods and Godesses were in a circle disorderly, yet harmonious.

After a long discussion among themselves, and Introspection, each decided to be either feared or loved, knowing the pros and cons with their wisdom.

If you turned to be one of them one day, with evolution and transformation, and joined, what would you turn out to be, a God who was feared or Loved, and why?
